Extended Coverage for Completed Operations. Contractor shall maintain Commercial General Liability completed operations coverage for a period of three (3) years following substantial completion of the work for the benefit of the City by naming the City an additional insured using Additional Insured-Completed Operations endorsement CG 20 37 10 01 or an endorsement providing at least as broad coverage.
