Expressly Prohibited Sample Clauses

The "Expressly Prohibited" clause defines specific actions, behaviors, or uses that are strictly forbidden under the terms of an agreement. This clause typically lists particular activities—such as unauthorized copying, resale, or modification of products or information—that parties are not allowed to engage in. By clearly outlining these prohibitions, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures all parties are aware of boundaries, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and protecting the interests of the parties involved.
