Express Agreement. This Lease shall be considered an express agreement governing any case of damage to or destruction of the Premises or Building by fire or other casualty, and any present or future law which purports to govern the rights of Landlord and Tenant in such circumstances in the absence of an express agreement shall have no application. Tenant hereby waives the provisions of Section 1932, subdivision 2, and Section 1933, subdivision 4, of the Civil Code of California, or any similar law, statute or ordinance now or thereafter in effect.
