Express Acknowledgement. Resident Physician hereby acknowledges that Resident Physician has read, understands and agrees to abide by the terms contained in this Agreement, all attachments hereto, and all applicable policies and procedures referenced herein including those on TWCGME’s website and any other policies and procedures applicable to the Residency Program.
