Common use of Exporting Text Reports Clause in Contracts

Exporting Text Reports. To export a text report, first fill in the boxes in the group marked Report Header on the left of the screen. This information will be used at the beginning of your report. Next, click on the ‘Export as Text Report’ button. You will be asked to specify a file name. A .txt extension will automatically be added. A report will be generated that consists of a cover page giving the start and end date, time and position, the total number of readings, an analysis of the highest and lowest readings, the variance between the highest and lowest readings, the average readings and the GLP data. Each block of individual readings, laid out in chronological order, follows this page. This report can be imported into any text editor or word processor package.
