Exporting Data Clause Samples
Exporting Data. Notwithstanding any of the other provisions of this Agreement, Contractor agrees not to export, directly or indirectly, any U.S. source technical data acquired from the Company or any products utilizing such data to any countries outside the United States which export may be in violation of the United States Export Laws or Regulations. Nothing in this section releases Contractor from any obligation stated elsewhere in this Agreement not to disclose such data. This NONDISCLOSURE AND TRADE SECRETS section shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason, including expiration of term.
Exporting Data. Micro 800 Link can export data in three different formats. Before exporting data, the actual data to be exported must be selected. First, select which data records you want to export by checking the relevant check-boxes in the Uploaded Data column. You can check or un-check all data records simultaneously by checking or un-checking the ‘Check / Un-Check All’ box above the Uploaded Data column. Next, select which individual data classes you want to export by checking or un-checking the check-boxes next to each individual data box. You are now ready to export your data.
Exporting Data. Brandwatch Analytics may permit you to export Data. We do not warrant or guarantee that any Data, or part thereof, is exportable at all or through any specific means. Although you are solely responsible for any use you make of exported Data, this Agreement applies to your use of exported Data as if such Data were within Brandwatch Analytics.
