Common use of Export Sales Clause in Contracts

Export Sales. Buyer represents and warrants that it has complied and/or will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the export, import and movement of the goods sold hereunder. All drawbacks of duties paid on items used in the manufacture of the goods delivered hereunder shall accrue to the Seller, and ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to furnish the Seller with all documents and cooperation necessary to obtain payment of such drawbacks.
