Common use of Export of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Export of Benefits. 1. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, benefits under the legislation of one Contracting Party shall not be subject to any reduction, modification, suspension, withdrawal or confiscation by reason of the fact that the recipient resides or stays in the territory of the other Contracting Party, and the benefits shall be payable in the territory of the other Contracting Party.

Unless otherwise provided specified in this Agreement, cash benefits payable under the legislation of one a Contracting Party shall not be subject to any reduction, modificationamendment, suspension, withdrawal or confiscation by reason of solely on the fact grounds that the recipient beneficiary stays or resides or stays in the territory of the other Contracting Party, and the Party or in a third State. These cash benefits shall be payable paid in accordance with the territory domestic legislation of the other Contracting PartyParty in which the beneficiary acquires benefits.
