Export Matters. The User declares that HATDeX is not legally prohibited to provide them with the Services and that they are neither located in nor a national of any country that is embargoed or restricted under applicable export laws. The User agrees that you will not use, import or export the Services in any manner which would cause HATDeX or its affiliates to breach any applicable export control laws, rules, or regulations. The User agrees that they will not allow access to or use of the Services by any persons or organisation that is located in or is a national of any country that is embargoed or restricted under applicable export laws.
