Export License Sample Clauses

Export License. If an export license is required by United States law or regulation for any aircraft or any other things delivered under the purchase agreement, it is Customer's obligation to obtain such license. If requested, Boeing will assist Customer in applying for any such export license. Customer will furnish any required supporting documents.

Export License. Each Party agrees that it will not in any form export, re-export, resell, ship, or divert or cause to be exported, re-exported, resold, shipped or diverted, directly or indirectly, any product or technical data or software furnished hereunder, or the direct product of such technical data or software to or which the United States Government or any agency thereof at the time of export or re-export requires an export license or other governmental approval without first obtaining such license or approval.
Export License. The Supplier is required to comply with the trade regulations as set forth by their country's government agencies responsible for export/import authorization and compliance, and to advise AMAC of any and all restrictions that may be imposed upon AMAC in connection with such Supplies. The Supplier may be subject to trade regulations as set forth by the Supplier's country's export laws and regulations ("Export Regulations") that may include U.S. export laws and regulations, and both the Supplier and AMAC acknowledge that diversion contrary to such Export Regulations is prohibited. The Supplier shall identify any item of the Supplies which is subject to Export Regulations and shall provide AMAC with all information concerning such applicable Export Regulations as well as with any assistance AMAC may request in implementing such applicable Export Regulations. Whenever all or part of the Supplies is subject to Export Regulations, and without prejudice to its obligations under this provision, Supplier shall notably:
Export License. If an export license is required for the export of the Goods or Services ordered, the Seller shall at its own cost and expense, obtain and maintain the same in timely manner to facilitate the export of the Goods or Services to the Buyer.
Export License. The Seller exporting any “Items” listed above shall be responsible for obtaining any required Export License or authorization for such export from the appropriate governmental agency. The Seller conducting the re-export to a sub-tier supplier or 3rd party shall be responsible for obtaining any required Export License or authorization from the appropriate governmental agency prior to re-export. Each Party shall cooperate in a reasonable manner to support the other in its efforts in obtaining any necessary licenses or authorizations required to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

Whenever all or part of the Supplies is subject to Export Regulations, and without prejudice to its obligations under this provision, Supplier shall notably: − be responsible for obtaining, at no cost to AMAC, all relevant official approvals, licenses and authorizations required for the worldwide export and delivery of the Supply item to AMAC, and if identified on the PO, the end customer, for operation on an aircraft operated worldwide; and − where all or part of a Supply item is subject to export licensing procedures, Supplier shall ensure that an export license or similar documentation is issued by the relevant authorities in time to allow delivery and operation of the Supply item, and incorporation into the aircraft identified in the relevant PO, if any, by AMAC or the end Customer; and − state on all delivery notices and invoices the export control number according to the applicable Export Regulations.
Export License. Customer understands and confirms that it is Customer’s responsibility to obtain any required Export License from the relevant U.S. authority. Without accepting any liability for any failure to do so, Boeing will use reasonable endeavors to alert Customer to any regulatory changes of which Boeing becomes aware and which require Customer to obtain such Export License.

Export License. All bidders/vendors must aware that the goods and services are for the benefit of the Government under UNDP’s development assistance framework and goods purchased will normally be transferred to the national partners, or to an entity nominated by it, in accordance with UNDP’s policies and procedures. The bidder/vendor shall include in their proposal:  A statement whether any import or export licenses are required in respect of the goods to be purchased or service to be rendered including any restrictions on the country of origin, use/dual use nature of goods or services, including and disposition to end users;  Confirmation that he has obtained licenses of this nature in the past and have an expectation of obtaining all the necessary licenses should their bid be successful.
Export License. Certain Products sold by Seller and other related technology and documentation are subject to export control laws, regulations and orders of the United States and the export or import control laws and regulations of other countries. Buyer will not directly or indirectly export or divert any Products or other related technology and documentation to any third party or country where such export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. Xxxxx agrees it is responsible to obtain any license to export, re-export, or import as may be required.
Export License. HKIS shall be exclusively responsible for the procurement and renewing of all export or import licenses required under United States or any foreign law for the export or import of the Deliverables or the value added products and shall pay all costs and other expenses in connection with such procurement and renewal. T/R shall provide HKIS with assistance and relevant documentation reasonably requested by HKIS in conjunction with the procurement and renewing of export or import licenses.
