Export licence. 321. The export licenses that may be required for delivery of the various items / equipment / services to MDL shall be arranged by the bidder from the concerned authorities in their country without any time & cost implications on the Purchaser. 330. BANNED OR DE-LISTED CONTRACTORS / FIRMS / SUPPLIERS. 331. The bidders declare that they being Proprietors / Directors / Partners have not been any time individually or collectively blacklisted or banned or de-listed by any Government or quasi Government agencies or PSUs.
