Common use of Export/Import Clause in Contracts

Export/Import. Buyer agrees that all applicable import and export control laws, regulations, orders and requirements, including without limitation those of the United States and the European Union, and the jurisdictions in which the Seller and Buyer are established or from which Goods and Services may be supplied, will apply to their receipt and use. In no event shall Buyer use, transfer, release, import or export, Goods in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements.

Export/Import. Buyer agrees that all applicable import and export control laws, regulations, orders and requirements, including without limitation those of the United States and the European Union, and the jurisdictions in which the Seller and Buyer are established or from which Goods and Services items may be supplied, will apply to their its receipt and useuse of Goods and Services. In no event shall Buyer use, transfer, release, import import, export or export, reexport Goods in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements.

Export/Import. In no event shall Buyer use, transfer, release, import import, export or export, re-export Goods in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements.

In no event shall Buyer use, transfer, release, import import, export or export, re-export Goods in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements.
