Export Control Technology Sample Clauses

The Export Control Technology clause restricts the transfer, sharing, or use of certain technologies or technical data that are subject to government export control laws and regulations. It typically requires parties to comply with all applicable export laws, such as those imposed by the U.S. Department of Commerce or similar authorities, and may prohibit the export or disclosure of controlled technology to foreign persons or countries without proper authorization. This clause ensures that sensitive technologies are not inadvertently shared in violation of legal requirements, thereby protecting both parties from legal penalties and supporting national security interests.
