Regulations (EAR) of the US Department of Commerce Where applicable, prior to order placement the Seller must identify any Supplies or components thereof to which a license is required under the EAR, the category in the Commercial Control List (CCL) they fall under and provide full details of what restrictions are applied. If a license is not required the Seller must identify if they are categorised as NLR or NLR EAR99.
