Common use of Export Administration Clause in Contracts

Export Administration. Customer agrees to comply fully with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States ("Export Laws") to assure that neither the Programs nor any direct product thereof are (1) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws; or (2) are intended to be used for any purposes prohibited by the Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

Export Administration. Customer agrees to comply fully with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States ("Export Laws") to assure that neither the Programs nor any direct product thereof are (1) exported, . directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws; or (2) are intended to be used for any purposes prohibited by the Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

Customer Company agrees to comply fully with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States ("Export Laws") to assure that neither the Programs nor any direct product thereof are (1) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws; or (2) are intended to be used for any purposes prohibited by the Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

Customer agrees to comply fully with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States States, the United Kingdom and any other country ("“Export Laws"”) to assure that neither the Programs Software nor any direct product thereof are (1i) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws; or (2ii) are intended to be used for any purposes prohibited by the Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.. (a)
