Common use of Explosive Powered Tools Clause in Contracts

Explosive Powered Tools. An operator of explosive powered tools, as defined in this award, who is required to use an explosive powered tool, will be paid $1.25 cents for every day on which they use such a tool. This allowance will be adjusted annually on 1 March (2010-2011) based on the December to December Consumer Price Index of the previous year from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (all groups, Melbourne).
