Exploration Works Programs. THE CONTRACTOR agrees to submit the Exploration Works Program to THE A▇▇ regarding the phase it is undertaking, wherein it describes how it plans to fulfill its obligations, no less than eight (8) Calendar Days previous to each phase of the Exploration Period. During the first phase, THE CONTRACTOR shall submit the Exploration Work Program within a period of thirty (30) Calendar Days counted as of the Effective Date.
