Exploration Works Plans. THE CONTRACTOR is bound to submit to ▇▇▇ the Exploration Work Plan for the phase to initiate, describing how the compliance of liabilities will be carried out with eight (8) Calendar Days in advance, with regard to the start of each phase of the Exploratory Period. For the first phase THE CONTRACTOR shall submit the Exploration Work Plan in thirty (30) Calendar Days as of the Effective Date.
