Common use of Expert Mediation Clause in Contracts

Expert Mediation. If the Dispute is not resolved pursuant to Section 15.2 to the mutual satisfaction of the Parties to the Dispute within 10 Business Days of a Party delivering a Dispute Notice to the other Parties, or such longer period as the Parties to the Dispute may agree, a Party may by notice to the other Parties (an “Expert Notice”) request the appointment of an independent person or persons generally recognized as having familiarity with and expertise in the matter which is the subject of the Dispute (an “Expert”) to resolve the Dispute as set out below:
