Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Chapter 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.
Independent Engineer Contractor shall cooperate with Independent Engineer in the conduct of his or her duties in relation to the Project and the Work, including the duties listed in Attachment CC. No review, approval or disapproval by Independent Engineer shall serve to reduce or limit the liability of Contractor to Owner under this Agreement.
Independent Petroleum Engineers Ryder Scott Company, L.P., whose report as of December 31, 2015 is referenced in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries.
Engineering 2.1.3 Major Equipment procurement
Independent Auditor For the financial years ended on 31 December 2012 and 31 December 2013 respectively, the annual accounts of Codeis Securities S.A. were audited, in accordance with International Standards on Auditing as adopted with Luxembourg by the Commission de surveillance du secteur financier, by Ernst & Young S.A. (société anonyme), 7, rue Gabriel Lippmann, Parc d’Activité Syrdall 2, L-5365 Munsbach, Luxembourg. Ernst & Young S.A. has the status of réviseurs d’entreprises agrees and belongs to the Luxembourg institute of auditors (Institut des réviseurs d’entreprises). The independent auditor of Codeis Securities S.A. has no material interest in Codeis Securities S.A..
Auditor The Board shall annually appoint an independent accountant who shall carefully examine the books of the Corporation. One such examination shall be made immediately after the close of the fiscal year and be ready for presentation at the annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation, and such other examinations shall be made as the Board may direct.
Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.
Independent Auditors The Company shall, until at least the Termination Date, maintain as its independent auditors an accounting firm authorized to practice before the SEC.
Auditors The auditors whose report with respect to financial statements that is or will be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Basic Prospectus, any Preliminary Final Prospectus or the Final Prospectus are independent with respect to the Bank under the rules and regulations adopted by the International Federation of Accountants.
