Common use of Experimental Procedures Clause in Contracts

Experimental Procedures. During the past three (3) years, Seller has not performed nor permitted the performance of any experimental or research procedures or studies involving patients in the Hospital except, in all material respects, to the extent authorized by and conducted in accordance with the procedures of an Institutional Review Board responsible for oversight of research at the Hospital.

Experimental Procedures. During the past three (3) yearsExcept as previously disclosed by Seller to Buyer, since January 1, 2007, to Seller’s Knowledge, Seller has not performed nor or permitted the performance of any experimental or research procedures or studies involving patients in the Hospital except, in all material respects, to the extent not authorized by and conducted in accordance with the procedures of an Institutional Review Board responsible for oversight of research at the Hospital.
