Common use of Experimental Procedures Clause in Contracts

Experimental Procedures. During the past five (5) years Seller has not performed or permitted the performance of any experimental or research procedures or studies involving patients in the Hospital Facilities not authorized and conducted in accordance with the procedures of the applicable Institutional Review Board.

Experimental Procedures. During the past five (5) years Seller has not performed or permitted the performance of any experimental or research procedures or studies Experimental Procedures involving patients in the Hospital Healthcare Facilities not authorized and conducted in accordance with the procedures of the applicable Institutional Review Board.

Experimental Procedures. During the past five (5) years years, to Seller’s Knowledge, Seller has not performed or permitted the performance of any experimental or research procedures or studies involving patients in the Hospital Facilities not authorized and conducted in accordance with the procedures of the applicable Southern Regional Medical Center Institutional Review Board.
