Experience Transfer Sample Clauses

Experience Transfer. Employees transferring from one classification to another shall be able to transfer a maximum of four years of experience placing him/her at the fifth (5th) year on the salary schedule. In addition, if an employee transfers from one classification to another, and then returns to their former classification while remaining employed in their new classification, the employee shall be awarded a maximum number of years of experience to place them at the fifth year on the salary schedule in the previous classification.
