Common use of Experience; Risk Clause in Contracts

Experience; Risk. O▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that O▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the acquisition of the Shares and the Warrant and of protecting O▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ interests in connection therewith. O▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is able to fend for himself in the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risk of the investment, including complete loss of the investment.

O▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is able to fend for himself in the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risk of the investment, including complete loss of the investment.
