Common use of Experience; Risk Clause in Contracts

Experience; Risk. IMSI has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that IMSI is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the purchase of the Note and the shares of the Company's capital stock issuable pursuant to the terms thereof (the "Shares") and of protecting IMSI's interests in connection therewith. IMSI is able to fend for itself in the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and has the ability to bear the economic risk of the investment, including complete loss of the investment.
