Experience; Risk. Such party has such knowledge, sophistication and experience in financial and business matters that it is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the receipt of the Company Shares or the Purchaser Shares, respectively, and of protecting its interests in connection herewith. Seller has the ability to bear the economic risk of this investment, including complete loss of the investment.
