Common use of Experience; Risk Clause in Contracts

Experience; Risk. The Investor has such knowledge and experience in ---------------- financial and business matters that such Investor is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the purchase of the Shares pursuant to this Agreement and of protecting the Investor's interests in connection therewith. The Investor's financial condition is such that it has the ability to bear the economic risk of the investment, including complete loss of the investment.
