Expenses Reimbursable Sample Clauses
Expenses Reimbursable. Customer shall reimburse Coupa for out of pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Coupa personnel in providing Professional Services under an SOW or an Order Form. Unless stated otherwise in an SOW, Coupa shall seek written approval from Customer before incurring such expenses.
Expenses Reimbursable. Subject to written authorization by Sprint in accordance with Section 6.0 [Travel Expenses] Sprint will reimburse Service Provider for reasonable out of pocket travel expenses actually incurred by Service Provider employees, only to the extent the expenses are (i) incurred and reported in accordance with Sprint’s expense reimbursement policies for Service Providers in effect from time to time (available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇), (ii) authorized by Sprint in writing, (iii) reasonable, and (iv) not in excess of [*] of the Fees chargeable pursuant to this Fourteenth Amendment.
