Common use of Expenses of the Selling Stockholders Clause in Contracts

Expenses of the Selling Stockholders. Each Selling Stockholder will pay, either directly or by reimbursement, all fees and expenses incident to the performance of such Selling Stockholder's obligations under this Agreement which are not otherwise specifically provided for herein, including, but not limited to, any fees and expenses of counsel for such Selling Stockholder, such Selling Stockholder's pro rata share of fees and expenses of the Attorneys-in-Fact and the Custodian and all expenses and taxes incident to the sale and delivery of the Shares to be sold by such Selling Stockholder to the Underwriters hereunder.
