Common use of Expenses of Delivery of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Delivery of Warrants. The Company shall pay all expenses, taxes (other than transfer taxes or income taxes of a Holder and such Holder's legal and accounting fees and disbursement) and other charges payable in connection with the preparation, issuance and delivery of Warrants and shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants hereunder.
