Common use of Expenses of Bank Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Bank. The Borrowers will, on demand, reimburse Bank for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Bank in connection with the preparation, amendment, modification or enforcement of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and/or in the collection of any amounts owing from any Borrower or any other Person to Bank under this Agreement or any other Loan Document and, until so paid, the amount of such expenses shall be added to and become part of the amount of the Obligations. Upon demand of Parent, Bank will provide reasonable documentation with respect to all such expenses.

Expenses of Bank. The Borrowers Borrower will, on demand, reimburse Bank for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Bank in connection with the preparation, administration, amendment, modification or enforcement of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and/or in the collection of any amounts owing from any Borrower or any other Person to Bank under this Agreement or any other Loan Document and, until so paid, the amount of such expenses shall be added to and become part of the amount of the Obligations. Upon demand of Parent, Bank will provide reasonable documentation with respect to all such expenses.

The Borrowers Borrower will, on demand, reimburse Bank for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Bank in connection with the closing of the Loans and the preparation, negotiation, amendment, modification modification, interpretation, administration or enforcement of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and/or in the collection of any amounts owing from any Member of the Borrower Consolidated Group or any other Person to Bank under this Agreement or any other Loan Document and, until so paid, the amount of such expenses shall be added to and become part of the amount of the Obligations. Upon demand of Parent, Bank will provide reasonable documentation with respect to all such expenses.

Upon demand of Parent, Bank will provide reasonable documentation with respect to all such expenses.
