Common use of Expenses of Agent and the Banks Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Agent and the Banks. As provided in the Credit Agreement, the Companies agree to pay on demand all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Agent and the Banks in connection with the preparation, negotiation, and execution of this Amendment and the other Loan Papers executed pursuant hereto and any and all amendments, modifications, and supplements thereto, including, without limitation, the reasonable costs and fees of Agent's legal counsel, and all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Agent in connection with the enforcement or preservation of any rights under the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, or any other Loan Papers, including, without limitation, the costs and fees of Agent's and the Banks legal counsel.
