Expenses Borne by the Fund. Except to the extent expressly assumed by Manager herein or under a separate agreement between the Fund and Manager and except to the extent required by law to be paid by Manager, Manager shall not be obligated to pay any costs or expenses incidental to the organization, operations or business of the Fund.
