Expenses and Advances Secured by Loan Documents. Any and all advances or payments made by any Lender under this Article 7 from time to time, and any amounts expended by Agent pursuant to this Agreement, shall, as and when advanced or incurred, constitute additional indebtedness evidenced by the Notes and secured by the Mortgage and the other Loan Documents.
