Expenses; Additional Information. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the execution of this First Amendment, including all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with any previous negotiation and loan documentation. The Borrower shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders all such other documents, consents and information relating to the Borrower as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably require to accomplish the purposes hereof.
