Expense Summary. The information set forth in the fee table contained in the section of the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus entitled "Fees and Expenses" has been prepared in all material respects in accordance with the requirements of Form N-2, and interpretations thereunder, and to the extent estimated or projected, such estimates or projections are reasonably believed to be attained and reasonably based.
