Common use of Expense Reimbursement and Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Expense Reimbursement and Indemnification. Upon the submission of properly documented expense account reports, the Company shall reimburse Employee for all reasonable business-related travel and entertainment expenses incurred by Employee in the course of Employment. At all times while Employee is employed by the Company, and at all times following the Termination Date, the Company shall continue to provide to Employee indemnification, elimination of liability, director's and officer's liability insurance and other protection from personal liability, each of which shall not be, at any time, less than (a) that in effect for Employee as of May 31, 1999 or (b) if greater, that in effect at such time for the member of the Board then having the most protection.
