Expense or liability treat itself as being released from any obligation to take any action hereunder which it reasonably expects will result in any expense or liability to it, the payment of which within a reasonable time is not, in its reasonable opinion, assured to it.
Expense or liability treat itself as being released from any obligation to take any action under this Agreement (i) which is illegal or contrary to applicable law or regulation or (ii) which it reasonably expects will result in any expense, loss, charge or liability accruing to it, the payment of which or adequate indemnity against which within a reasonable time is not, in its reasonable opinion, assured to it; and
Expense or liability treat itself as being released from any obligation to take any action hereunder which it reasonably expects will result in any expense or liability to it, the payment of which within a reasonable time is not, in its reasonable opinion, assured to it and, provided that it has given notice thereof to the Issuer as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than five business days, after receiving notice of such obligation.
Expense or liability treat itself as being released from any obligation to take any action hereunder which it reasonably expects will result in any expense or liability to it, the payment of which within a reasonable time is not, in its reasonable opinion, assured to it provided that it has so notified the Issuer that it intends to so treat iself and given the Issuer the opportunity to assure the relevant payment.
