It is further agreed that, in addition to payments required pursuant to Section 15.02 above, Tenant shall compensate Landlord for all expenses incurred by Landlord in repossession (including among other expenses, the total amount of any increase in insurance premiums caused by the vacancy of the Premises), all expenses incurred by Landlord in reletting (including among other expenses, repairs, remodeling, replacements, advertisements and brokerage fees), and all losses incurred by Landlord as a direct or indirect result of Tenant's default.
