Common use of Expense of Parties Clause in Contracts

Expense of Parties. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, each party to this Agreement shall pay its own expenses (including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of their respective agents, representatives, counsel and accountants) incidental to the preparation and carrying out of this Agreement. In the event a party commences legal action against another party to enforce its rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to recover all of its costs and expenses in connection therewith, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
