Expedite Sample Clauses

The Expedite clause establishes procedures for accelerating the timeline of certain actions or processes within an agreement. Typically, this clause allows one or both parties to request or require that specific steps, such as dispute resolution, delivery, or approvals, occur more quickly than originally scheduled, often by shortening notice periods or deadlines. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility and responsiveness, ensuring that urgent matters can be addressed promptly and reducing potential delays that could otherwise hinder the progress of the contract.
