Expedia API. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, at all times, during the Term of this Agreement, Expedia shall make the then-current version of the Expedia API available to Decolar for use by Decolar and its Affiliates in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Expedia shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with the standard development and operations of the Expedia API in the form delivered to Decolar.
