Expansion Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that Tenant's lease of the Existing Premises is scheduled to expire on April 30, 2023, pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease, the term of Tenant's lease of the Existing Premises is hereby extended and shall expire coterminously with the term of Tenant's lease of the Expansion Premises on December 31, 2030 (the “New Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. The period of time commencing on the Expansion Commencement Date and terminating on the New Expiration Date, shall be referred to herein as the "Expansion Term."
