Expansion Term. Lessor and Lessee acknowledge that the Lease is currently scheduled to expire on December 31, 2016, pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Lease, the term of Lessee’s lease of the Additional Expansion Premises shall commence on June 1, 2016, and shall expire on December 31, 2016; however, Lessor and Lessee acknowledge and agree that Lessee’s extension right set forth in Section 2(a) of the Original Lease shall also apply to the Additional Expansion Premises.
