Expanded Meanings. In this Agreement and in the Schedules to this Agreement, unless there is something in the subject matter or context inconsistent therewith: (a) The singular shall include the plural and the plural shall include the singular; (b) The masculine shall include feminine and neuter genders; (c) Words of inclusion such as “including” in a list shall be read as being inclusive and without limitation, whether or not so stated; and (d) A reference to any statute shall be deemed to extend to and include any amendment or re-enactment of such statute.
