Expanded Access/Compassionate Use Program. During the course of the Research Program, the Parties will work together will work together in an effort to create a plan for expanded access/compassionate use that would provide the neediest patients with the opportunity to receive the Product; provided, however, that only upon mutual agreement of the Parties will any such plan be implemented. The cost to develop such plan will be the responsibility of LLS.
