Existing students Sample Clauses

The 'Existing students' clause defines how current students are treated under a new agreement or policy. Typically, it clarifies whether students already enrolled before the effective date are subject to the new terms or if they continue under the previous conditions. For example, it may specify that tuition increases or curriculum changes only apply to new enrollees, not those already attending. This clause ensures fairness and transparency by protecting the expectations of students who joined under earlier terms, thereby preventing retroactive changes that could disadvantage them.
