Common use of Existing Security Clause in Contracts

Existing Security. (i) No Security exists on or over its Assets or those of ALSTOM Holding as at the date of this Agreement except as listed in Schedule 12 (Existing Security); and (ii) no Security exists over its Assets or those of any other member of the Group except as permitted pursuant to Clause 18.2 (Negative Pledge)

(i) No Security exists on or over its Assets or those of ALSTOM Holding Holdings as at the date of this Agreement the Amendment Agreements except as listed in Schedule 12 13 (Existing Security); and (ii) no Security exists over its Assets or those of any other member of the Group except as permitted pursuant to Clause 18.2 (Negative Pledge).

Existing Security. (i) No no Security exists on or over its Assets or those of ALSTOM Holding Holdings as at the date of this Agreement the Deed of Amendment except as listed in Schedule 12 11 (Existing Security); and (ii) no Security exists over its Assets or those of any other member of the Group except as permitted pursuant to Clause 18.2 19.3 (Negative Pledge).
