Common use of Existing Rate Schedule Clause in Contracts

Existing Rate Schedule. Upon termination of this Agreement, Banning’s obligations to provide Electric Service to Customer and the rates and rules applicable to Banning’s provision of such Electric Service shall be pursuant to Banning’s then existing Electric Rate Schedules.
