Set forth on Schedule 4.29 is a true and complete list of all Earn-outs, holdbacks and principal payments in respect of Indebtedness, owing by any Loan Party pursuant to any Acquisition consummated prior to the Closing Date, and such Schedule accurately sets forth the estimated aggregate amount of such Earn-outs, holdbacks and principal payments owing as of the Closing Date.
